Our restaurant serves a great choice of dishes inspired by France and also by Belgium. You'll be able to try a real 'boulet à la liégeoise', an Ardennes-style plank made with local seasonal products, or a Savoyard fondue.
All at democratic prices!
You can also taste a lot of Belgian and local beers, such as the amber "Pré Messire" from Stavelot.
If you're feeling peckish, we have a snack service available until 5 pm, serving soups, Croque’s, sandwiches and home fries. While enjoying your snack, you can take advantage of the green environment and the large terrace of our establishment.
And if you're looking for a more typical atmosphere, don't hesitate to visit us in our brasserie "Au Vieux Moulin", just across the road, offering even more beers and other quick meals.

In good weather, the main attraction of our hotel-restaurant in Coo is undoubtedly the spacious wooden terrace. Offering a pleasant view of the surrounding countryside, it invites you to relax and enjoy some French and regional dishes prepared by our experienced chef.
The village of Coo is quiet and restful. The vast majority of traffic stays in the car parks, allowing our guests to spend a pleasant moment in complete tranquillity and enjoy the green landscape, as well as the relaxing sound of the famous Coo waterfall.
An ideal location
Like the hotel, guest house and tavern, our restaurant is ideally located at the entrance to the village of Coo. It's right next to the car parks and a 5-minute walk from the SNCB train station, and faces the entrance to the Plopsa Coo theme park. It's an unmissable restaurant in the middle of the Belgian Ardennes, accessible to PRMs and a great place for your four-legged friends.
