Our small hotel on the first floor of our "Au Sommet de la Cascade" establishment has three different rooms to suit everyone.
The bedding is comfortable, with mattresses measuring 160cm wide for the double beds and 90cm wide for the single beds.
Whether you're a couple, a family or a group of friends, you can take advantage of all our facilities:

Our hotel only offers breakfast. However, all you have to do is go down the stairs to enter our restaurant, which is open from 11am to 9pm (except Wednesdays). You'll find a large selection of French and regional dishes, snacks and local beers. We also run a tavern just opposite, with an even greater choice of beers and Italian ice creams.
The hotel-restaurant is situated near the entrance to the Plopsa Coo theme park, and on the other side you find the Coo-Adventure registration office. From our establishment, you can easily reach the roads and hiking paths for exploring the region: Stavelot, the Amblève valley and Spa.
And if you're planning a longer hike, our hotel makes an interesting stopover!
You can relax in one of our comfortable rooms and enjoy a meal in a cosy place.
Accommodation during sporting events
The region hosts a number of internationally renowned sporting events, including the Liège-Bastogne-Liège cycle race, the Spa-Francorchamps F1 race and the Spa 24 Hours.
Spectators can use our hotel to spend the night before and/or after the sporting event. Enjoy the calm and family atmosphere of the village of Coo, in Stavelot!

Whether you're exploring the region on foot or by bike, the "Au Sommet de la Cascade" hotel is the perfect place to spend the night. What's more, you can enjoy a good meal in our restaurant, or a wide choice of beers and ice creams in our tavern just across the road.
